Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: Every booking is considered valid only after you have received a confirmation email from us.

Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate details (arrival time, number of passengers, luggage count).

Pricing: Prices include VAT and all legal charges, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations: Cancellations made up to [e.g., 24] hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.
